Pennsylvania State Police Troop N's Camp Cadet At Penn State Hazleton
Camp Cadet is a program run by the State Police for adolescents who may be interested in pursuing a career
in law enforcement. We were asked to demonstrate various forms of self-defense learned through martial arts training
to the cadets. The techniques taught at the Hazleton Black Belt Academy are similar to those used in law enforcement.
As a matter of fact, police departments all over the United States learn a form of Hapkido for take down and control maneuvers.
